Hey friend,

Happy Friday,

here’s your weekly dose of self-improvement.

Quote of the Week

“The Law of Attraction states that whatever you focus on, think about, read about, and talk about intensely, you’re going to attract more of into your life.” – Jack Canfield

Question of the Week

What are the things that you are currently thinking about, reading about, and talking about?

Are you thinking negatively about yourself? reading uninspiring things that make you feel more bad about yourself and your situation?

Think about it. Are these the ones that I want to manifest in my life?

Podcast

I love this eye-opening episode of Josh Terry

here’s what I learned in this episode

Failure is part of success.

Failure is not an entirely bad thing but failure is your data.

Let’s say that you wanted to know what kind of content resonates with your audience. now you try a bunch of different topics to write to your readers. but only 3 /10 of them got a high view.

Now, are the 7 others failures? No, it simply means that they are not the ones that you should write about, it is data that shows you what works and what does not.

For a failure to be useful to you, you need to be able to get back up and start again. Unlike wealthy people, poor people don’t have a safety net that can help them get up; Money, therapy, and access to resources.

For a failure to be useful Failure should not hurt you physically, emotionally, or mentally. It should be enough for you to handle and not sacrifice your health.

Youtube

I know that you heard the word affirmation at some point of watching on YouTube or TikTok.

But it can be time-consuming to do it every day.

there are so many affirmation techniques on the internet nowadays.

But I think the most powerful and time-saving one is the visualization and the audio.

I listened to this particular affirmation before I slept.

I love it because her voice sounds so good and relaxing.

And I wanted to share it to you so that you can also check that one out.

My Blog

Now for my blog this week.

this blog can help you build a long-lasting habit.

I also put up a bonus tip that you can use and an actionable step that you can do right after reading that article.

Challenge of the Week

This is an easy one

  • go to the YouTube link that I shared with you earlier

  • download the video

  • listen to that audio before you sleep or right after you wake up

  • do it for a week and see what changes you experience.

That is all for today friend.

I hope that you get all of the love that you deserve,

Angel.
